Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Perpetually Striving, we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality services and resources that support intentional growth. Because many of our offerings involve personalized preparation, strategic guidance, and immediate access to digital materials, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

1. Business Transformation Journeyâ„¢ & Consulting Engagements

Our Business Transformation Journeyâ„¢, strategic consulting engagements, coaching services, and personalized client experiences are designed specifically for each client.
 

Because we begin preparing for your engagement prior to our first session, payments made toward these services are generally non-refundable once work has begun, including but not limited to planning, assessments, strategy development, and reserved consulting time.

If your engagement is governed by a separate proposal, client agreement, or invoice, the refund, cancellation, and payment terms outlined in that agreement will take precedence.
 

2. Strategy Sessions, Clarity Conversations & Assessments

Complimentary Clarity Conversationsâ„¢ may be rescheduled or canceled at any time. If you are unable to attend, we simply ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
 

Paid strategy sessions, assessments, and intensive consulting sessions require payment in full at the time of booking.


Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice using your booking confirmation or by contacting us directly.


Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to respect other client appointments.


No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited and is non-refundable.
 

Weekly Strategy Sessions Included in Consulting Engagements

Clients participating in the Business Transformation Journeyâ„¢ or another consulting engagement that includes recurring Strategy Sessions receive the number and frequency of sessions outlined in their client agreement.
 

Weekly Strategy Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Perpetually Striving will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session within the existing engagement period.
 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled Strategy Session will result in the session being forfeited and counted as the client's included session for that week. No replacement session, credit, or refund will be provided.
 

Failure to attend a scheduled Strategy Session without prior notice will also result in the session being forfeited and counted as the client's included session for that week.
 

Rescheduling a Strategy Session does not automatically extend the length of the client's consulting engagement.
 

Perpetually Striving understands that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be considered at Perpetually Striving's sole discretion.
 

If Perpetually Striving needs to reschedule a Strategy Session, the session will be rescheduled at no penalty to the client and will not be forfeited.
 

3. Digital Programs & Resources

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our courses, workshops, templates, downloads, digital resources, and educational materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
 

Refunds are not provided once access has been granted. Please review all program descriptions and product information carefully before purchasing.


4. Future Memberships & Group Experiences

From time to time, Perpetually Striving may offer memberships, group coaching experiences, workshops, or other educational programs.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms for that offering, payments for these services are non-refundable after the program begins or access has been provided.


5. Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern regarding a purchase, booking, or payment, we encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and in good faith whenever possible.


Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly may delay resolution and could result in suspension of access to current or future services while the matter is under review.
