I started Perpetually Striving because I know first hand how easy it is to pursue a vision with passion—but how difficult it can be to build something sustainable without the right strategy, systems, support, and foundation in place.

With undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Management Information Systems and a background in consulting, technology, implementation, AI, and entrepreneurship. I've helped solve complex operational changes all while being a mom, partner, and business owner simultaneously.

Over time, I realized something. Many women weren't struggling because they lacked ambition. They were struggling because they were carrying too much.

Too many responsibilities.

Too much complexity.

Too little time for themselves.

Perpetually Striving was created to change that.

Today, I am building a community of exceptional women with diverse expertise who share one mission: Helping women intentionally build lives of purpose, confidence, and freedom.

Hi, I'm Maeve.

I've always been passionate about the people behind every business. Through my experience with both established organizations and growing startups, I've seen how communication, leadership, workplace culture, and intentional systems shape not only business success, but the experiences of the people within it.

My passion is helping leaders build stronger teams and healthier organizations by improving communication, developing leaders, strengthening workplace culture, and thoughtfully navigating change—including the growing role of AI in the workplace.

I believe meaningful growth happens when people, purpose, and strategy are aligned. At Perpetually Striving, I'm proud to be part of a team that's helping women build stronger businesses, stronger leadership, and ultimately, lives of greater purpose, confidence, and freedom.

The Story Behind the Team

Jessie and Maeve first connected while working together at an AI tech company, where they quickly discovered a shared passion for growth, leadership, technology, and helping women reach their full potential. What began as conversations about business, career development, and life soon evolved into a deeper friendship and a shared vision rooted in purposeful growth, meaningful impact, and the belief that women are stronger when they support one another.

As Jessie continued building Perpetually Striving from her experiences in entrepreneurship, consulting, AI, and business strategy, it became clear that the mission was about more than business growth alone. It was about helping women build confidence, strengthen leadership, create sustainable success, and pursue their goals with greater clarity and support.

Maeve naturally became part of that journey, bringing her own strengths, perspective, and passion for empowering others. Together, they combine strategic thinking, practical systems, AI enablement, leadership development, and genuine partnership to help women founders build stronger businesses and more fulfilling lives.

At the heart of Perpetually Striving is a commitment to creating impact beyond the businesses we serve. Through our work and our pledge to donate 10% of profits to organizations that empower women around the world, we believe success becomes even more meaningful when it creates opportunities for others.
